Administrative Assistant Jobs in Toronto, ON

Certifications that can boost their prowess in the role include the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.

For instance, they could start as a Receptionist, where they would gain experience in managing communications and providing customer service. Another possible role is a Data Entry Clerk, which would help develop proficiency in using office software and maintaining records.
