About Us
At Ramelius Resources, gold mining is more than a business it's part of who we are. From our beginnings at Wattle Dam to becoming one of Australia's most successful gold producers, we've built our reputation on performance, innovation and vision.
With strong cash flow, bold growth plans, and a commitment to sustainable mining, we're investing in new technology and exploration to shape the future of gold production. Our people are at the heart of it all driven by purpose, supported by opportunity and united by ambition. When we grow, you grow.
With an exceptional track record of success in production delivery coupled with the acquisition of strategic additions to the company portfolio, we are driven to achieve our vision of being a 500koz gold producer by FY30.
The Role
Play a key part in designing and implementing a new document management framework and digital systems for the Major Projects team. We are looking for Document Controller with transferrable experience implementing and administering platforms such as PIMS, Aconex, Asite or similar enterprise document management systems.
You will partner closely with engineering, projects, procurement, construction and operations teams to develop practical, scalable, and efficient document control processes that support both current and future business needs.
You'll ensure accuracy and document record keeping for the projects team, a critical pillar for our project execution.
Responsibilities will include:
Take ownership of the Ramelius document control process and implement the software and processes into the Major Projects team with support from the wider group.
Coordinate and manage document flow between Project Managers, Project Engineers, EPC contractors, consultants and site teams.
Track, monitor and expedite vendor data submissions (VDRs) and maintain the Master Document Register (MDR).
Ensure accurate document control including version control, numbering, naming conventions and status tracking.
Maintain document registers, transmittals and audit trails to ensure traceability and compliance.
About You
You are detailoriented, processdriven, and a critical thinker who thrives on accuracy and improvement. You bring structure to systems, spot opportunities to streamline, and ensure compliance while keeping things clear and consistent.
You bring:
Well established Information Management or Document Control experience across a range of management systems for managing, storing, and streamlining documentation workflows;
Document Control experience from major project environments in the Resources industry;
Be capable and confident creating document control processes and establishing the function in a new team environment from the ground up (including new software implementation);
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) with the ability to create and administer complex document formatting, reports, and templates;
High attention to detail with a processdriven approach; and
Proactive, helpful, and adaptable attitude with a focus on supporting team needs.
This Perth-based role is offered on a Monday-Friday basis, with some flexibility available to discuss for individual requirements with the team.
