Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and keep schedules organized and up to date.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and chat correspondence with professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications to support daily administrative tasks.
- Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and general office organization.
- Support internal teams with scheduling, communication, records management, and other administrative needs.
- Help maintain smooth office operations by tracking priorities, managing details, and following through on assigned tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour.

Preferred Qualifications
