Responsibilities include data entry, filing, utilizing general office equipment, and assisting Financial Aid staff with various tasks to ensure efficient operations. Good Conduct and Academic Standing with the college
Sheridan College currently enrolled
Cumulative GPA is 2.0 or greater
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Maintain confidentiality regarding student files and personal information and adhere to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Ability to work independently.
Strong customer-friendly communication skills.
Ability to follow directions, rules, and guidelines.
Reliability and dependability.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of office equipment.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
This position is based in a professional office environment with minimal physical requirements, including light lifting, document filing and shredding, and sitting at a desk.
