Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Branch Administrative Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers. This position plays a vital role in supporting patient care operations through order management, insurance verification, scheduling coordination, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Serve as the first point of contact for in-person visitors and high-volume inbound calls
Provide professional, patient-focused service to patients and healthcare providers
Order & Data Management
Create and manage patient orders within company systems
Accurately input data and monitor incoming faxes
Ensure documentation is complete and compliant
Insurance & Billing Support
Verify insurance eligibility and obtain equipment authorizations
Collect required documentation for billing purposes
Maintain accurate billing records and process payments as needed
Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule equipment deliveries and pickups
Coordinate closely with clinical teams to ensure timely service
Record Management
Maintain organized, up-to-date patient files
Assist with audit documentation and compliance requirements
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of related experience in customer service, medical office, or administrative setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable handling multi-line phone systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
