AutoRite is a friendly, family-owned, busy Auto repair/collision shop looking to hire immediately, offering good pay and a stable job! We need to add one Office Assistant. Auto-shop office experience a plus, or training is provided. Strong communication and customer service skills are required.

The Office Manager's Assistant's principal job will assist the Office Manager in performing clerical work, filing, answering phones, taking photos of vehicles, keeping track of rental vehicles, and data entry. Excellent customer service, communication skills, and basic computer skills are required. The assistant must be flexible and assist with other business projects as needed.

Must speak English; bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese.
