The Healing Portal is more than just a Wellness Center & Crystal Shopits a sanctuary of healing, community, and soulful connection.

Location: The Healing Portal Ventura, CA

Hours: Up to 25 hours/week, some flexibility within the week, within Tues-Sat, 12-6. Some Sundays infrequently for events and pop-ups

Comfortable interacting with the public, friendly, good follow-through
Comfortable with spiritual and metaphysical environments
No drama, no egojust integrity, curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn
Bonus points for crystal knowledge!

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist customers with purchases, questions, and a warm, welcoming experience
Package in-store and online orders with care and intention
Restock and maintain clean, beautiful, energetically aligned displays
Upload products to Shopify and TikTok with accuracy and appeal
Back-up Support social media and local visibility (IG, FB, Google, Nextdoor, etc.)
Help keep the space flowing smoothlyphysically and energetically

Skills + Systems

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Canva
Shopify + Square
Google Business, Yelp, Nextdoor
Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Crystal knowledge = Bonus!

Requirements

Proficient keyboarding (by touch)
Reliable transportation and ability to drive for occasional errands
Comfortable working in a Windows environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
