Process invoices and track accounts receivable/payable
Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking
Schedule crews, appointments, and client meetings
Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Maintain customer records and job files
Prepare estimates, proposals, and service agreements
Coordinate with field crews and subcontractors
Assist with permit applications and project documentation
Manage office supplies and administrative tasks
Support owners with day-to-day business operations
QualificationsPrevious administrative or office experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and work independently
