ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
-Manage accounts receivable
-Manage accounts payable
-Enter and process payroll
-Process invoices, payments, and customer records
-Coordinate and schedule maintenance and service appointments
-Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
-Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments
-Support management with various administrative tasks and projects
-Coordinate technician dispatching and job scheduling
Qualifications-Must be able to start at 7:00am
-Must be a team player and able to work well with others
-Good communication skills
-Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
-Must be positive and professional
-Must have the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
-Must be able to understand and follow directions
