Job Overview: Seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant with the desire to learn and a hunger
for growth. Position will be to support a multi-business entrepreneur grow his companies. The individual must hit
the ground running across a variety of projects and business sectors.
The role requires exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a knack for anticipation that will
enhance the executive's effectiveness by providing information management and support. The position will entail
schedule balancing, project tasks, communication tracking between clients, tracking deliverables with associated
due dates while managing needs for prospective and new opportunities, as well as business development.
Job Promise: The experience will provide exposure to the inner workings of the hospitality industry and multiple
other businesses. The individual will learn about the inner workings of consulting, business development and
operations. This opportunity may lead to several other growth options across various platforms. The candidates
compensation will grow as the companies grow.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
- Maintain executive's appointment schedule including planning client, team meetings and travel
- Manage executives communications: screen and respond to emails, calls/voicemails, review and
categorize incoming correspondence, maintain contact lists and databases, stay up to date with projects
across 4+ different companies
- Investigate services and products that can improve/streamline/optimize company and work efficiencies
- Manage invoice processing and expense reports
- Document drafting and execution (including insurance, licensing, etc.)
- Occasionally represents the executive by attending meetings and preparing notes, next-step/status
reports by collecting and analyzing information, i.e. - providing historical reference by developing and
utilizing filing and retrieval systems
- Contributes to team effort by being proactive and anticipating next steps
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Update and maintain the executives professional status on company websites, social and professional
platforms
- Develop, direct and mentor an intern to support the EA and execute lower level deliverables
- Scheduling and maintaining calendar of personal services
Skills and Qualifications:
The candidate must posses a strong competency in the following areas:
- Writing, Reporting, Analytical Thinking, Scheduling, Skilled in all Microsoft Office applications,
Organization, Time Management, Presentation Development including PowerPoint, Travel Logistics and
Verbal Communication.
- Multi-tiered interpersonal skills to maintain and positively interact with clients and professionals at a
myriad of sophistication and competency levels. This must be combined with conflict resolution and
motivational abilities.
- The candidate must maintain a lead by example posture with peers and clients to represent the
company brands at the highest level of integrity.

Compensation will be determined for the first 2 months. After a successful integration period and job review, compensation will increase commensurate with the candidates abilities for the remaining 10 months of the year.
