Job Summary and Qualifications
  • Greets patients, visitor to our medical office
  • Triages all phone calls into our Clinic
  • Triage and process messages from all patients
  • Provides assistance to patients when needed
  • Manages inventory of necessary office supplies and coordinates ordering
  • Ensure the reception area remains welcoming and organized
  • Patients transfers within facility
  • Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider and clinical staff of any patient delays
  • Collects and provides data entry consistent with established quality and integrity standards
  • Maintains patient confidentiality
  • Supports medical record integrity
  • All other duties as assigned
What qualifications you will need:
  • 1-2 years clerical or medical office experienced preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills to ensure patient flow
  • Ability to meet and deal effectively with others
  • Proficiency with computer
