Location:  Anaheim Office

Pay Rate:  $22.00 – $23.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule:  Full-time (Monday – Friday)

Assignment Type:  Temporary with potential for permanent hire

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented  Customer Service Representative (CSS)  to support a  busy healthcare-related office  in Anaheim. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience in customer service or medical office environments.

Key Responsibilities



    	

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and timely manner

    	

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate locations efficiently

    	

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information

    	

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

    	

  • Support general administrative and clerical tasks

    	

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications



    	

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

    	

  • Computer proficiency (data entry, systems, Microsoft Office)

    	

  • Experience scheduling appointments required

    	

  • Healthcare or medical office experience  

    	

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    	

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
