This temporary position is located at 1 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC 27592- Wake County, with the Department of Transportation.
This position will report directly to the security manager and will be responsible for various administrative duties and will fill in when the visitor coordinator is not available.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $25.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).

Management Preferences:
Process Invoices based on current standards
Process all invoices that are related to the security operations to include stamping and obtaining management signature.
Review security procedures for accuracy and substance.
Field customer requests and needs (walk-ins - and calls) and direct questions to the security operating center or resolve as needed.
Receive and file all request for keys, locks, and any other door related needs.
The single point of contact for DOA.
Manage the lost & found process.
Submit service tickets to facilities management.
Review and process all SBI reports and filing for record purposes.
Act as a parking coordinator.
Scribe specific meetings, filing, and following up with management as needed.
Order office supplies and maintain annual review of assets.
Responsible for addressing concerns and overseeing the visitor's front lobby desk.
DOA's point of contact when orders are received to lower the State and/or The American Flag.
Minimum Education and Experience

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
