    Clerical IV, Maintenance Department

    6 hours per day, 12 month position (260 days)

    Starting Salary: $23.43 per hour

    MINIMUM SKILLS/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    High School diploma or equivalency, preferred two years of post secondary training, graduation from a recognized college with a relevant associate degree.

    Minimum of five (5) years of relevant and immediate past experience (three years within past five years).

    Demonstrated effective communication skills: oral and written. Must possess the ability to deal with confidential information and to interact in a pleasant manner at all times with the varied public.

    Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.

    Demonstrated competency with state-of-the-art equipment/skills, including data processing, etc. Preferred software knowledge usage Microsoft Word and Excel.

    Experience with purchase orders, purchase order software, and recordkeeping preferred.

    Experience with use of time sheets and time keeping software preferred.
