Job SummaryThe Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of the business office by performing administrative and operational duties. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with staff, patients, and visitors.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnswer telephone calls and distribute information appropriately; Assist families, providers, and visitors with inquiries; Assemble personnel files and ensure completion of orientation documentation; Assign and track required learning modules for new hires; Process service requests; Support new admission processes; Maintain employee attendance records; Track call-in logs and absences; Manage PRN contracts and coordinate with HR; Send employee documentation to HR including disciplinary actions and termination forms; Communicate incomplete training modules to department leadership; Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum QualificationsAbility to type a minimum of 30 words per minute; Proficiency with computers and office software; Strong communication and telephone skills; Excellent organizational and filing abilities.
Preferred QualificationsMinimum of one year of experience in administrative or office support roles.
Physical RequirementsAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform overhead lifting; Ability to lift and carry items weighing more than 50 pounds.
