The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the President of CarepathRx and Verity Solutions. This role serves as a trusted partner and extension of the leader, managing day-to-day operations, priorities, and communications to enable effectiveness at the executive level. The EA operates with a high degree of discretion, anticipates needs, and ensures seamless coordination across a complex, matrixed organization. Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Calendar Management Proactively manage a complex, constantly evolving executive calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities Coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholder groups, including senior leaders, clients, and external partners Anticipate scheduling conflicts and reprioritize effectively to maximize leader impact Strategic & Operational Support Serve as a gatekeeper and thought partner, managing incoming requests and ensuring focus on high-priority initiatives Prepare the President for meetings by gathering materials, compiling briefings, and summarizing key insights Track key deliverables, follow-ups, and action items to ensure timely execution Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor coordination as needed Communication & Stakeholder Management Draft and manage executive communications (emails, presentations, talking points, and announcements) Interface with senior leaders across CarepathRx, Verity, and broader Evernorth/Cigna networks Build strong relationships to ensure efficient coordination and information flow Meeting & Event Management Plan and execute leadership meetings and offsites Develop agendas, capture notes, and track outcomes and next steps Coordinate logistics including travel, accommodations, and meeting materials Confidentiality & Discretion Manage highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism Exercise sound judgment in handling complex or ambiguous situations Qualifications 5+ years of executive-level administrative support, ideally supporting VP/SVP/President-level leaders Proven ability to manage competing priorities and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong business acumen and ability to anticipate executive needs Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 33 - 49 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
