Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Remote / Work from Home) Position Summary: The American College of Pediatricians (ACPeds) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Advancement Director and Membership Coordinator. This remote position plays an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting with administrative projects, data management, member support, survey creation, and general office tasks. The ideal candidate is mission-aligned, dependable, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Location: Minnesota-based applicants only Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Advancement Director and Membership Coordinator. Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting using Charityproud and Google Excel . Assist with the preparation of a Letter of Interest (LOI) for prospective foundation funding. Create, distribute, and compile surveys for members, donors, or internal needs. Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed. Support membership and donor communication through email and other virtual channels. Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with follow-up tasks. Handle routine clerical and administrative duties. Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned. Physical mail processing/ check deposits Demonstrates a strong ability to process, handle, and maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion. This includes sensitive data related to donors, members, and organizational operations. Ensures that all information is managed in compliance with privacy laws and organizational policies to protect the integrity and trust of our stakeholders.
