KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Calendar and Email Management: Manage complex schedules, prioritize meetings, and handle correspondence.

- Clerical Support: Prepare reports, take meeting notes, and maintain files.

- Communication: Act as primary point of contact between executives, clients, and vendors.

- Project Management: Conduct research, draft reports, and lead special projects to support organizational goals.

- Gatekeeping: Screen calls, emails, and requests to identify high-priority matters.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience: Generally prefer 1+ years of administrative support experience.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for creating reports and presentations.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and virtual meeting tools.

- Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.

- Proactivity: Strong decision-making, organizational, and anticipation skills.
