Overview:
Client is seeking a professional Receptionist to provide front desk support in a managed service environment. This temp-to-hire role involves greeting visitors, handling incoming calls from across the U.S., light administrative support, and maintaining internal communications.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all visitors and applicants
Answer, screen, and transfer calls using Citrix phone system
Issue visitor and temp employee badges
Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms
Monitor and respond to services email
Update company phone lists, speed dials, calendars, Brag Board, and messaging center
Perform light administrative duties and assist with tasks such as compiling manuals or envelope labels
Support promotional item orders and distribution
Participate in company and community service events
Build professional relationships with internal teams and visitors
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements:
High school diploma
Minimum 1 year of reception or administrative experience
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Basic MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel preferred)
Organized, flexible, and team-oriented
Business professional attire required
Must be available for virtual interviews via TEAMS
