Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who can multi-task.
This is a small office of 5 so you must be able to get along, sociable and friendly! The following skill set is required.
PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU ARE MISSING ANY OF THESE!
1. Answer Phones
2. Email & Appointment setting using OUTLOOK
3. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
4. Scan documents
5. Customer Service
6. Setting up Zoom meetings for owner
7. Be familiar with Adobe/pdf documents and how to edit if needed.
8. Basic knowledge of Bookkeeping would be helpful, if not at least basic terminology.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm.
