Job Description
The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative and general clerical support to the management and staff within a specific division, department, or unit. This position will provide support for our Volleyball, Men's and Women's Basketball programs.
Job Duties
- Answer, screen, and transfer telephone calls
- Greet and route department visitors in a courteous and polite manner
- Coordinate arrangements for meetings and departmental events, manage Outlook calendars for the head coaches, assist with Travel arrangements and reconciliations
- Assist with purchase order requisitions, manage and order office supplies as needed
- Assist coaches with the p-card program; gather receipts and assist with completing the monthly log requirements; help ensure compliance with all university policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
