Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, mail, deliveries, visitors, and meetings
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and filing systems
- Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility request
Tools
- ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or ECC) — service order management, billing, AR aging.
- Ariba Guided Buying
- Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint/OneDrive.
- Document control and e-invoicing portals (customer/vendor-specific).
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of administrative or accounts receivable experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work with urgency
