Responsibilities: Support the achievement of nursing center business excellence goals as an Assistant Business Office Manager where you will complete or assist in the oversight of census, billing, accounts receivable, tracking of Medicaid applicions and other accounts receivable functions.
*Report to the Business Office Manager but also receive training and support from the Revenue Cycle Manager.
*Visible position th interacts with the Administror, nursing center staff, leadership, Centralized Billing Office, families, torneys and external agencies.
*Manage pient/resident trust funds and confidential files in compliance with ste and federal regulions.
*Meet with pients/residents upon admission and discharge to explain financial obligions. Qualificions: *High school degree or equivalent is required. *A minimum of two years' experience in long term care billing and collection experience is preferred. *Additional coursework in accounting/finance is recommended.
