Our client, a leading aerospace and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Blackline Systems Administrator to join their team. As a Blackline Systems Administrator, you will be part of the Finance Systems team supporting accounting and financial operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Blackline Systems Administrator
Location: Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ (mostly remote with occasional travel)
Whats the Job?
- Administer Blackline platform including user setup, account maintenance, and system configurations
- Manage and monitor system interfaces such as Foreign Exchange, Account Reconciliations, and Subledger processes
- Maintain and oversee job schedules to ensure accurate and timely financial data processing
- Support SAP batch job setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting within finance systems
- Provide hands-on support and mentorship to team members on Blackline functionality and issue resolution
Whats Needed?
- 3+ years of hands-on Blackline administration experience
- Working knowledge of SAP including batch job management
- Experience managing system interfaces and resolving integration issues
- Understanding of financial close processes and reconciliation workflows
- Strong communication skills with ability to support and mentor team members
