Transactional Legal Assistant (Corporate / Entertainment)

Location: Beverly Hills, CA (100% onsite)

Compensation: $95,000 - $135,000 base salary (DOE)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

A highly regarded, boutique law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a Transactional Legal Assistant to support attorneys on sophisticated corporate and entertainment matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice with consistent deal flow and exposure to complex, high-level transactional work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys on transactional matters

  • Draft, format, and revise contracts and legal documents

  • Manage document organization and maintain electronic and physical files

  • Assist with preparation of deal materials, closing documents, and correspondence

  • Coordinate communications with clients, internal teams, and external parties

  • Manage high-volume calendaring and scheduling

  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to support document production and workflow

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a transactional legal assistant in a law firm environment REQUIRED

  • Experience supporting corporate, entertainment, or real estate transactions strongly preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (including document formatting and redlining), Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to work with high-level clients and stakeholders

  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Beverly Hills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $95,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience
