OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Orange County

Part-Time

We are seeking a dependable and organized Operations Coordinator to assist with scheduling, vendor coordination, project tracking, administrative support, and general business operations.

This role is focused on organization, communication, follow-through, and accountability.

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments

Coordinate vendors and service providers

Track open projects and follow-up items

Organize documents and records

Research information and gather quotes

Follow up on open issues

Maintain project and task tracking

Assist with recruiting and interview scheduling

Requirements

Strong communication skills

Highly organized

Detail-oriented

Reliable and dependable

Comfortable managing multiple projects

Comfortable using spreadsheets, documents, and common office software

Able to work independently and provide regular updates
