Seeking a reliable office manager / exec assistant to support a seed staged startup with 16 employees.

Able to commute to SF for office management tasks.

Responsibilities include:
* Daily operations (e.g. dishwasher, fridge and pantry stocking, cleanup)
* Ordering lunch
* Office setup
* Expense management
* Vendor and contract management
* Appointment and calendar management
* Employee and benefits management

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* High school diploma or above
* Prior experience in an administrative role
* Proficiency in G-suite
* Strong communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Experience with startup SaaS tools such as Rippling, Ramp, Mercury, Pilot is a plus
