We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Administrative Assistant / Secretary to help keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Process invoices, bills, and purchase orders
Record transactions and assist with bookkeeping in QuickBooks
Assist with order processing and inventory documentation
Support management with various administrative projects
Requirements:
Proven experience of at least 3 years as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (required)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience in skincare, beauty, manufacturing, or wholesale industry.
