Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

What You Will Do:
- Confirm paperwork with drivers to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Welcome drivers and customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide general administrative support to individuals, teams, and business processes
- Perform routine office tasks including data entry, basic analysis, report preparation, and handling correspondence
- Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is properly filed and accessible
- Assist with basic billing and invoicing tasks
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to established procedures
- Contribute to the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of the team
- Work under direct supervision while making independent decisions within established policies and guidelines
- Plan, organize, and schedule daily work activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and email
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Commitment to safety: follow all safety policies and procedures, promote safe behavior, and proactively address unsafe conditions
- Ability to work more than 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week as business needs require
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred
