Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (core hours 8:00 AM – 3:45 PM) 
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Nonwovens team. This role provides administrative and project coordination support for departmental operations, helping manage schedules, communications, and customer-related tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with a variety of internal and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities
	 - Maintain and update customer records and CRM documentation
	 - Support special projects, including planning and coordinating presentations
	 - Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents
	 - Serve as a liaison with internal departments, including global marketing
	 - Provide phone coverage and assist with general office communication
	 - Manage service quotes, invoicing, and sales funnel tracking
	 - Generate detailed reports using SAP data queries
	 - Assist with production coordination and customer-specific requests
	 - Complete expense reports and assist with administrative training support
	
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
	 - Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
	 - SAP experience is a plus, but not required
	 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
	 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
	 - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
