We are currently hiring a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team in the Miami area.

Position: Office Administrator
Location: Miami-Dade County
Type: Full-Time
Start: Immediate

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
*Answering phones and managing emails
*Scheduling service calls and coordinating with clients
*Data entry and document management
*Assisting with invoices, billing, and collections
*Communicating with vendors and customers
*Supporting daily office operations

Requirements:
*Prior administrative or office experience (13+ years preferred)
*Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish a plus)
*Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office / QuickBooks (preferred)
*Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
