Job Summary
A growing legal services office in Orlando, FL is seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Property & Office Manager for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role is ideal for a resourceful professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership of daily operations, and can confidently manage both office administration and property-related responsibilities.
The Bilingual Property & Office Manager will support a busy law office while coordinating maintenance, vendors, contractors, bookkeeping tasks, and operational projects for multiple commercial and residential properties. This is a hands-on role with steady Monday through Friday hours, long-term potential, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, professional environment with supportive leadership and a team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for multiple commercial and residential properties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, service providers, and subcontractors.
- Schedule and oversee work performed by painters, handymen, plumbers, landscapers, and other vendors.
- Support day-to-day office operations, administrative needs, supply management, and special projects.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, financial recordkeeping, and QuickBooks reporting.
- Maintain accurate records related to property maintenance, vendor communications, repairs, and office operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Employment type: Contract/Temporary, temp-to-perm.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage property maintenance coordination, vendor scheduling, and contractor follow-up.
- Support daily office management, administrative operations, and attorney/staff needs.
- Assist with bookkeeping, invoice processing, expense tracking, and QuickBooks functions.
- Maintain organized records for property, vendor, financial, and office operations.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in property management, office management, operations, administrative support, or a related role.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, subcontractors, maintenance teams, or service providers.
- Prior experience supporting a legal services office, professional services environment, or fast-paced administrative setting.
- Experience managing both commercial and residential property needs.
- Hands-on operations experience with a strong ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
