We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Prepare and manage documents
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with scheduling appointments, deliveries, and meetings
Support sales and production teams with administrative tasks
Input and update data in company systems (orders, inventory, customer info)
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks experience is a plus)

Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
