Operations Admin Specialist

Randstad is supporting a charitable services organization who is looking for a detailed-oriented, collaborative individuals to join their team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our mission, ensuring that critical data, processing queues, and stakeholder communications move forward without a hitch. While you will be fully train you on our client's internal systems, previous experience in a nonprofit environment, donor services, or charitable foundations is highly desirable and will help you hit the ground running. salary: $35.48 - $35.49 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

• Accurately review, download, and transfer client data and grant instructions from daily spreadsheets and emails into internal systems; maintain meticulous documentation across platforms for seamless recordkeeping.
• Efficiently manage core workflows for a charitable service organization, including form processing, contribution queues, asset transfer follow-ups, and the generation of weekly reports.
• Deliver exceptional service as a primary point of contact via phone and email; collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless, efficient experience for donors and financial advisors.
• Proactively identify and resolve "Not-In-Good-Order" files, communicating with external stakeholders to request and secure corrected paperwork based on specific case needs.
• Handle diverse administrative tasks, including hotline calls and mailbox monitoring, while actively participating in cross-training to support evolving business needs.
