Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide autonomous administrative support for a dedicated team and manager.
- Organize the office, assist to optimize procedures, sort and distribute communications (i.e. inbound/outbound correspondence, visitors, effective information flow).
- Handle administrative requests and queries, and organize/schedule appointments, plan meetings and take minutes.
- Take over time and travel management, and travel expenses for team members or manager.
- Coordinate with other departments, and/or maintain relationships with external parties as involved (i.e. suppliers, customers, authorities).
- Create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information, and assist in the preparation of qualified reports or presentations.
- Support team events with organizational and logistical efforts to enhance engagement and promote corporate culture.
- Implement best practices in administrative processes by continuously evaluating workflows and proposing improvements to enhance overall team productivity.
Your Qualifications
- Associate degree in a business-related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative function.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication ability (written & verbal).
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to professionally represent Schaeffler in all settings.
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
