Position Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and highly organized Site Leader to support daily hospitality, office services, and facility operations within a professional corporate environment. This hands-on role serves as the primary onsite contact for customers, employees, vendors, and service providers while ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, office services, legal environments, conference room coordination, customer service, or facilities support. This position combines hospitality/event support, administrative coordination, mail and shipping services, print production, vendor management, and team leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate hospitality services including conference room setups, food and beverage arrangements, and special events.
Serve as the primary onsite contact for customer requests, service issues, and operational support.
Lead daily operations for a small office services team and ensure service level expectations are met.
Support office services functions including printing, copying, scanning, mail processing, and overnight shipping.
Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist with audiovisual equipment support.
Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist with facility-related issues, vendor coordination, inspections, and repair scheduling.
Maintain workflow efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Create work orders, complete site reports, and maintain accurate operational records.
Provide training and guidance on workflow processes and equipment usage.
Support payroll review, scheduling, and performance accountability for assigned personnel.
Build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience in hospitality, office services, facilities coordination, customer service, legal support, or a related field.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience with conference room coordination, hospitality support, or event setup

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Coordinate daily hospitality, conference room, office services, and facility support operations.
- Lead onsite service delivery, customer requests, workflow processes, and team coordination.

- Support vendor coordination, audiovisual equipment needs, repairs, inspections, and service issue resolution.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, office services, facilities coordination, customer service, legal support, or a related field.
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment, including multifunction copiers.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and maintain professionalism in a client-facing environment.
- Experience training, guiding, or leading employees is preferred for success in this supervisory role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform occasional physical tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with conference room coordination, hospitality support, event setup, or audiovisual meeting support.
- Previous experience in a legal, corporate, professional services, or client-facing office environment.
- Prior experience supporting payroll review, employee scheduling, vendor coordination, or service level expectations.
