As a key member of the Countys executive team, the DCAO provides vision, direction, and oversight for HHSAs operations, and serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Administrative Officer and Board of Supervisors. The DCAO will also be tasked with driving innovation, ensuring equitable service delivery, and advancing the Countys vision of a just, sustainable, and resilient future for all.

Salary and Benefits
The anticipated hiring range for this position is of $280,000 $300,000, PLUS an attractive benefits package. Salary will depend on experience and/or education.
