About the Role: Responsible for supporting contracts administration. Primary responsibilities include processing contracts for signature, entering data into contract management system and creating workflow status reports. Works with legal department to ensure contracts are reviewed and fully executed in a timely manner. Supports the administration of contracts throughout the contract lifecycle (financial approval, contract execution, invoicing, tracking timelines, etc). Maintains strong working relationships with all levels within the organization.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
  • Manage, administer, and maintain the companys contract management system

  • Support contract lifecycle management

  • Review and identify standard contract terms for data entry into the contract management system

  • Ensure that contractual records entered into the Contract Management System are accurate and up to date

  • Identify issues and initiate corrective actions to ensure contracts are processed efficiently

  • Create workflow status reports and other ad hoc reporting as may be required

  • Identify and support process improvements and efficiencies

  • Effectively documents and conducts work in a safe and professional manner in accordance with company and departmental guidelines

  • Performs other duties as assigned


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field AND 2+ years of contracts administration or similar transactional experience in a role that requires direct interaction with vendors/service providers and internal stakeholders OR

  • High School Diploma/Associates Degree AND 4 years of related work experience

  • Understands Neurocrine's business objectives and can develop an understanding of Neurocrine's services and customers

  • Has experience in specific functional discipline while working to acquire higher-level knowledge and skills

  • Comfortable with tools and processes that support work conducted by functional area

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Good project management skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Good customer service skills

  • Possesses superior attention to detail

  • Experience with Contract Management Systems preferred

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $40.40-$55.14. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
