OVERVIEW
Provide the Senior Leadership and management teams with administrative support.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)1. Compile, input, and maintain data for production, accuracy, and operational reporting.
2. Prepare, assemble, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
3. Design, produce, and distribute Operations Newsletter.
4. Coordinate department-wide supply needs, including generating and processing purchase orders.
5. Plan and coordinate annual SDS Operations appreciate event.
6. Prepare informational postings and other business correspondence.
7. Prepare agendas and materials for safety meetings, record minutes, and distribute Safety Pulse.
8. Support leadership with presentation materials and related documentation.
9. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and phone support.
10. Create and print adhesive labels for racking, piping, parts, and related operational needs
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

• High School Diploma/GED required
Experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative assistant role required
