Assistant Operations Manager Landscaping Division

AR Maintenance Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee daily landscaping operations throughout Broward County and surrounding areas.
This position is ideal for someone with landscaping industry experience who can assist with crew management, scheduling, quality control, and communication with clients and field staff.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily landscaping operations and field crews
Coordinate schedules, routes, and work assignments
Perform site inspections and quality control checks
Communicate with supervisors, clients, and vendors
Help ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
Assist with equipment and manpower coordination
Support operations manager with reports, documentation, and field issues

Requirements:

Experience in commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance
Leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities
Clean-Valid drivers license required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Experience with irrigation and maintenance operations is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $60,000 per year
