Job Description:
A well-established organization is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to assist with high-volume operational and records-related work. This role supports internal teams by ensuring information is accurately maintained, documentation is processed efficiently, and routine administrative workflows are completed in a timely manner.
This position is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with structured processes, and able to manage a steady flow of information with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update internal records and system data with a high degree of accuracy
	 - Review incoming information for completeness and consistency
	 - Process routine documentation and support internal workflow steps
	 - Assist with general administrative coordination and recordkeeping tasks
	 - Support data quality checks and resolve basic discrepancies
	 - Respond to internal requests for information and documentation support
	 - Assist with reporting and tracking activities as needed
	 - Provide general support to internal operational teams
	
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative, office support, or data-focused experience
	 - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
	 - Ability to manage confidential or sensitive data appropriately
	 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
	 - Strong organizational and communication skills
	 - Ability to work efficiently in a structured, deadline-driven environment
