MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Receptionist/Registrar is to provide high-quality customer service to Mentoring Alliance constituents and to execute programmatic registration processes.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Performs Reception Duties:
- Greet office guests of Mentoring Alliance.
- Answers questions and connects guests to the appropriate staff members.
- Answers Mentoring Alliances main telephone line in an upbeat and friendly manner.
- Returns missed calls, voicemails, and emails received at the reception desk.
2. Manages Registration Activities:
- Execute all aspects of the registration process for the After School and Summer Camp Programs.
- Communicates with members and parents to answer registration and account questions.
- Take payments in person or over the phone.
- Registers members and parents in the Enrollsy database.
3. Provides Regional Administrative Support:
- Provides administrative support, including but not limited to bulk mailings, recordkeeping, and events.
- Provides administrative support to RSS as needed.
4. Other Duties as Assigned by Supervisor and/or the regional Executive Director:
- Serves on appropriate committees; attends staff meetings, board meetings, and other staff functions.
- Strengthens teamwork, collaboration, alignment, morale, transparency, credibility, and trust throughout the ministry.
- Fulfilled necessary tasks, projects, or roles assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Administrative experience required
- Word processing and general computer experience required
- Bilingual preferred
- Some college preferrerd
- Some experience in registration preferred
