A growing organization in Orlando, FL is seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to support administrative operations, client service activities, project coordination, and daily business functions. The Client Service Administrator will serve as a key point of contact for administrative coordination and operational support. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary administrative support contact across multiple business operations and assist with daily coordination.
- Organize meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, invitations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Manage calendars, business records, correspondence, reports, expense reports, and budget tracking support.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, customers, internal teams, leadership, and business partners.
- Support internal projects by tracking progress, coordinating team updates, and helping ensure deadlines are met.
- Research industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates while identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- Job type: Part-time, temporary to possible hire.
- Schedule: Part-time to start with potential for full-time based on business needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Provide administrative and operational support across daily business activities.
- Coordinate meetings, events, calendars, reports, records, and client communications.
- Support project tracking, budget tracking, expense reporting, and workflow improvement initiatives.
- Partner with leadership and internal teams to help improve productivity and client service delivery.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative, client service, office coordination, or business support experience preferred.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to navigate social media platforms for marketing and business support activities.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and represent the organization professionally.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

- Experience providing administrative support or executive support.
