Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Administrator (SCCM) with strong expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Workspace ONE, Intune Migration, and SQL administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise endpoint infrastructure, software deployment, OS imaging, patch management, automation, reporting, and infrastructure optimization across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 support for SCCM-related issues including software distribution, OS deployment, patch management, endpoint compliance, and client troubleshooting.
Design, implement, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure including CAS, Primary Sites, Site Servers, Distribution Points, Management Points, and Reporting Services.
Perform SCCM infrastructure monitoring, load balancing, performance tuning, and client connectivity management.
Maintain MSSQL Server replication, backup jobs, index rebuilding, and database performance optimization.
Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with vendor support teams for issue resolution.
Generate KPI dashboards and customized reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Create and manage task sequences for Windows OS deployment and application deployment.
Manage Patch Management using WSUS/SUP and ensure Microsoft Security Patch compliance.
Integrate and manage third-party patching tools such as Patch My PC.
Support and manage Intune Migration activities and modern endpoint management solutions.
Maintain and support Workspace ONE environment and endpoint integrations.
Automate operational and administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in SCCM Administration and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE administration and support.
Experience in Intune Migration and modern device management solutions.
Strong expertise in SQL Server Administration and SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).
Strong knowledge of:
SCCM CAS / Primary Site Infrastructure Management
Windows OS Deployment (WIM, MDT, PXE Boot)
Patch Management and WSUS/SUP
Active Directory and Group Policy
PowerShell scripting
Experience with application packaging and virtualization tools (e.g., Admin Studio, App-V).
