Pay Rate : $15-20hr Title: Administrative Assistant Location : Middleton, Ma Part time 25-30 hours a week Essential Job Functions Scan physical documents using office copier and scanner equipment Convert scanned files into digital formats for billing and documentation processes Accurately rename and organize electronic files Upload digital documents into company filing systems and databases Separate and categorize files into appropriate folders and records systems Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure proper document organization Verify document quality, readability, and completeness prior to filing Assist with additional administrative and clerical duties as needed Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times Communicate with management regarding document processing needs, workflow updates, and task completion Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Google Workspace and file management systems Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and multitasking abilities Previous administrative, clerical, or document processing experience preferred Experience with scanning equipment and digital filing systems is a plus Background & Physical Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Ability to successfully pass a Background Check, Drug Screen, and Administrative Physical (see terms below) Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time Ability to lift and move files or boxes as needed Frequent use of office equipment, including copiers and scanners
