What You'll Do
As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our office and help ensure daily operations run smoothly by:
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff member or department
Answering and routing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Taking and delivering messages accurately and promptly
Providing general information to callers and visitors
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Assisting with office tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, faxing, and mail distribution
Ordering and stocking office supplies as needed
Supporting administrative staff with special projects and overflow work
Assisting with candidate check-ins and distributing employment applications when needed
What You'll Need
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, retail, hospitality, or office experience preferred
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
