Responsibilities:

As an Office Administrator, you will directly impact the talent pipeline by sourcing top-tier resumes, coordinating crucial management schedules, and mastering the digital workspace. You will be an essential partner in the mission to connect amazing people with great opportunities every single day.

Coordinate the Interview Pipeline: Confidently navigate online platforms like Indeed to identify high-potential candidates and seamlessly coordinate interview schedules for the management team.

Master Digital Documentation: Efficiently scan, organize, and manage critical paperwork, maintaining a highly accessible and structured digital filing system.

Support Operational PODs: Collaboratively assist with internal operational units (PODs) to ensure fluid communication and task completion across departments.

Maintain Platform Workflow: Utilize spreadsheet and document software daily to track workflow, update metrics, and format digital assets.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Prior experience working in a high-volume office management or recruitment support environment.

Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to pivot between different software applications seamlessly.

Qualifications:

Excel Expertise: Advanced, must-have professional proficiency with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel for tracking data and metrics.
