This remote contract role is suited to a highly organized professional who can manage confidential communications, scheduling, and complex administrative coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Manage complex, high-priority calendars for multiple senior leaders. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including confidential and executive-level discussions. Arrange domestic travel, including flights, hotels, and detailed itineraries. Handle expense reports, reimbursement requests, and administrative documentation. Manage incoming communications including emails, calls, and correspondence routing. Provide backup administrative support across departments as needed. Assist in planning events and supporting business initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent administrative experience. Minimum 3+ years of experience in executive or administrative support roles. Strong experience managing complex calendars across multiple time zones. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong knowledge of executive calendar and travel management, corporate communication and coordination practices, and administrative reporting and expense systems.
