Administrative Assistant
Location: North Portland, OR (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time
Contract: 3-6 month contract
Pay: $20-$23/hour
Position Overview
LHH Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organization in North Portland to hire two Administrative Assistants for immediate start. These roles will support ongoing project operations by managing documentation, coordinating workflows, and maintaining accurate records. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and enjoys keeping projects organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of project-related documents, including tracking, organizing, and distributing materials as needed
- Oversee document intake and outgoing communications to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain both digital and paper filing systems, ensuring records are current and easy to access
- Prepare and circulate project documentation internally and to external stakeholders
- Assemble and route project work packages to appropriate teams
- Input and update project information within internal systems and databases
- Safeguard sensitive information by following established document control and security procedures
- Support general administrative tasks related to project coordination and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or document control role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
