Help Keep a 24/7 Emergency Hospital Running Smoothly
Sherwood South Animal Hospital is hiring a proactive, detailoriented Facilities & Equipment Manager to support daily operations in our busy Emergency & Critical Care hospital.
This is a handson role for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating projects, and making sure facilities and equipment are wellmaintained so patient care never skips a beat.

What You'll Do
Facilities & Maintenance
- Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
- Perform light troubleshooting and handson support when appropriate
- Partner with vendors and Thrive's corporate Facilities team
- Track maintenance contracts and documentation
Equipment Support
- Help organize and track medical equipment
- Coordinate vendor repairs and ensure timely resolution
- Support uninterrupted clinical operations
Administrative & Operations Support
- Handle mail, invoices, and documentation
- Run offsite errands as needed (reliable transportation required)
- Assist with quarterly and annual inventory
- Coordinate annual deepclean ("scrub") projects and supply ordering
- Support meetings, food ordering, and hospital events
Team & Hospital Support
- Assist with new employee onboarding (equipment, access, readiness)
- Maintain hospital bulletin boards and internal communications
- Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications
- Experience in facilities, equipment, healthcare ops, or admin/project coordination preferred
- Comfortable with light physical tasks and basic troubleshooting
- Able to lift/move equipment when needed
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and documentation

Some benefits are available to full-time team members (30+ hours/week) and may be subject to eligibility requirements.
Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a starting rate ranging from $20-23/hr. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
